  When we checled in, the receptionist did not want to accept the print out of the reservation confirmation that you sent us. She kept asking for a "VOUCHER" . Finally another staff person came and told us that the confirmation you sent us would serve as a voucher. Otherwise , the room, the A.C. , (Air conditioning) , the price and the location were fantastic. The service levels generally throughout Varna were poor . The wait staff at restaurants generally seem to lack much training and go to great lengths to avoid eye contact and not look ariund to see if patrons require somthing. The food ,local wines and beer were excellent and a fraction of cost compaired to Western Europe but few restaurants accepted credit cards. marshall

  Nice place,but needs renovation,very soft beds, and old furniture.

  Pefect location between the city center and the beach. Ideal if you do not have a car. Large and comfortable appartment "room 2A" with large balcony and beautiful view on the Sea Park.
  On the opposite, breakfast was a pity, both in quality and quantity: we could expect something better for an hotel of this category.
