Sent on 14 May 2011Stayed here for 4 nights when I went over to furnish an apartment I had recently bought. It was really good value, was impeccably clean with huge airy room and balcony, the location was brilliant and the only member of staff we had much contact with was George. He made our stay so memorable and it was a wonderful inroduction to the great people and culture of Bulgaria. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sent on 05 July 2010Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone, cold undercooked food watered down drinks which bar staff admit includes beer and wine. 23 times we have been to B.G our first time as all inclusive and our worst holiday ever. The standard of this hotel should be less than one star. For such a great country this hotel is a dissgrace.

Sent on 11 August 2008In July, 2008 my family and me had the best vacation in Sol Nessebar Mare Hotel. Very good service, friendly people, excellent food, excellent all inclusive offer. Very good animation team with very good program for children above 4 years. Nice beach with beautiful white sand. Nessebar is very beautifull place to visit. Despite bad experience with taxi drivers everything else is to recommend to families with children. We are thinking to come back next year.

Sent on 14 July 2008Sol Nessebar Palace Hotel Nessebar - I've just arrive yesterday from a 2 weeks all inclusive holiday in this hotel. The location the hotel(look) was ok BUT...the services very low...for a resort of 5 stars the services are of maximum 3 stars. For example:in first 2 days - no electrical power for 2 hours; in the third day...surprise - no electrical power the whole day; the food very bad - no quality, no fresh food, no diversity; no minibar; no room service; very cold pool and some days very messy; extemporary personnel and in some cases even rood; can write more and more minuses but no time and no space. by

Sent on 01 October 2007visited this hotel may/june 2007, i am just booking again for may 2008, taking some friends along, great hotel, very clean. lobby very basic and makes you wonder about the rwest of it on arrival, but everything else great. staff ever so friendly. food great, a little quiet after 11pm if you like a little entertainment, there is a night club within the grounds of the hotel, but this was a little quiet when we went in may. on the whole, it was well worth it. Nessebar lovely, also obzor worth a visit.
