Discovery Channel in Durankulak

Discovery team is staying in the moment in the village of Durankulak (near the town of Shabla), preparing to shoot a movie about the historical finds in the region.
The coastal region of North-Eastern Bulgaria is still one of the less built-up areas on the Black sea.

The archaeologist Todor Dimov will show to the "Discovery" team, the villa hill, that dates from 5 century B.C. The hill near Durankulak is entirely examined and there are 8 constructional horizons found.

The shooting will start in March. The equip is also interested in the Thracian inheritance and the prehistoric finds from the Varna and Durankulak's necropolis
