Sixth “Chef of the Year 2006” National Competition in VarnaHoReMag
On November, 02.2006 for sixth time in a row a national competition for best chef of the year will take place in Varna at the Tourism and Recreation Fair 2006, was stated by the Bulgarian Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Association (BHRA). The Association mentioned, together with the Bulgarian Professional Chefs Association will be the main organizers of the event. Co-organizers of the competition are also Varna Tourism Chamber and the Tourism College, which is a branch office of Varna University.
The competition this year will be held under the topic: “European Trends and Influence Upon the Bulgarian Traditional Cuisine”. “Chef of the Year 2006” National Competition will take place in “Riviera” vocational complex, where the best professionals in cooking will present their skills in live. Candidates can apply till 24 Oct 2006.
