City train mulled for Varna area

A city train service connecting Varna and the north-lying resorts may ease the cross-town traffic congestion caused by the shuttling of incoming tourists from the airport to their holiday destinations, said the executive director of the Varna airport, Yanko Yankov. A train ride would cut the transfer time of 1.5 hours three times, said Yankov, estimating that the project could be implemented in 2 years.
