A new resort complex will be build in Shkorpilovtsi
A project for the construction of a new resort complex in the Varna resort Shkorpilovtsi was announced by architect Saraliev. A new urban planning for the whole resort zone in Shkorpilovtsi was announced by Saraliev. He said that he will have absolute control over the big construction works and this is the first complex projecting since the 60s last century, when the other complexes were planned. A construction plan will be prepared for the construction of this resort zone, together with a model and a geological report. The plan for the dividing of the land will be on three layers, with vertical planning, first regulation, street net and building, said Saraliev. The resort complex will take 2100 decares, with only 300 decares privately owned land, the rest of the land embarked for construction is owned by the municipal and the National Forest Fund, informed Saraliev. The buildings in the resort complex will be nine- floored- a terrace construction with a view towards the sea. It is interesting that an inner reservoir will be built for the first time in country, and this will make the usual season last two months longer. The reservoir will be open- aired in the lower zone of the river and the beach will be 200 meters away. The inner 100 meters of the purposed territory will be with two more beaches nearby the water. The construction works has partly started with the construction of 1000 residential homes and a big five star hotel with 500 beds. There are already investors from Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and England, informed the architect. The preparation of the plan for the resort zone Shkorpilovtsi will be financed by Emil Kulev with 50 thousand BGN, informed architect Saraliev. The president of Bulgaria George Parvanov is also aware of the project as he visited Biala and Dolni Chiflik municipals.
