The award is in the category best enterprising project. The “Bentley awards in the real estate sphere” can be compared with the Oscars in the cinema industry; this was commented by the experts. Bulgarian project is receiving the top position in the category, explained Kancho Stoichev, an owner and manager of “Synergy”- the company which is constructing “Black Sea Rama”. He will be on a total area of 10 thousand decares. This is almost 2 times the territory of Albena resort. A plateau nearby Balchik is chosen for the project. The terrain is sloping and is perfect for a golf course. Golfers will enjoy the beautiful view towards the sea and cape Kaliakra, explained Stoichev. The golf course will be on a total area of 6500 decares from the total terrain. It will offer 18 holes and will correspond to the best international golf standards. The famous golfer Gary Player made the plans of the complex. According to him “Black Sea Ram” will be in the top 5 of the best golf courses during the first year after its opening. The other 3500 decares will be occupied by a villa site and the main building of golf club. The total investment of the complex will be around 70 million euro. The construction works already started and until august next year half of the course will be ready. It will be able to offer 8 holes and 30 houses. The whole complex will open in May 2007, when the official opening will take place. The villas will be between 130 and 200 square meters. They will offer a swimming pool, fitness, yard, and a lot of greenery. The houses will be sold to golfers, who will stay there during their vacation in Bulgaria. The villas will be sold after the whole complex is finished, that is why there is no price announced. The construction in the whole complex is low and with little interference with the natural gifts of the site. We will provide relax and calmness to the tourists, announced Kancho Stoichev. According to him the complex will attract the rich tourists, who will spend 300-400 euro per day and will open job positions for many people. At the moment 90% of the managers around the world are playing golf, the total number of golf players is 7-8 million people.
