7 star complex for 550 million Euro to be developed near Balchik

star complex “Thracian Cliffs Golf and Marina and Spa Resort” to be developed between Balchik and Kavarna. The total value of the project exceeds 550 million Euro. The complex will be represented at V.I.P Property Exhibition, which will take place on the 25th and 26th of April in Hilton hotel in Sofia. The buildings in Thracian Cliffs will take only 13% of the total area of the complex. Gary Player from the world leading golf course design company, Gary Player Design, said that the “Thracian Cliffs” golf course will be one of the World’s Top 3 golf courses with 18 golf holes, all along the terrain. It spreads on more than 5 kilometres long coastal line. The resort will be managed by GHM, Singapore, which is part of the luxury hotel chains Chedi and AmanResorts. The organization was founded by Adrian Zecha. He is a real guru in the field of the boutique hotels development. The “Thracian Cliffs” meets the 7 star hotel complex standards. It will be developed in the style of Modern Asia and the atmosphere of the Thracian cultural heritage. The private residences are managed by Chedi hotels too. There are three types of residences: “Chedi Club Sweet”, “Chedi Residences” and the super luxuriant “Chedi” villas. The interior and exterior architecture of the resort are designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston International Architects, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. First Class yacht club and boutique marina with more than 90 boat places will complete the complex.

  When are they starting to build as this will be fantastic for Bulgaria and for Balchik. I can only think of one seven star hotel in the world and Bulgaria will be the second. Can't wait to see the drawings well done Bulgaria you are up and coming all the best for the future Joe.

  I can only advise anybody to look into this area for investment – the place is fantastic – no place like this will ever apear in regards of building such a spectaculer golfcourse. Also the people behind this project are absolutely fantastic and very professional and the whole area will be a fantastic place to visit.
