Myself, my wife and 7 year old daughter were in Golden Sands between 5th and 19th July and were mega impressed. Like most others, hard facts about Bulgaria were hard to find. Hence, sites like this are brilliant. After this year's holiday, we're definitely going back next year!! My only real advice would be to look for a hotel with Air Conditioning. When we were there it was about 95 - 100 degrees. We were in Hotel Serena which was brilliant, clean and friendly but not air conditioned. Obviously a bit sweaty at night!! All the hotels looked great so really AC is our only consideration for next year, albeit, fans are available. The resort of Golden Sands and in fact the surrounding are is gorgeous, loads of stuff to do for all ages in the resort. What more can I say, we love Bulgaria and are totally sold on it after our first holiday experience!! Neil [email protected] |
