From Nadia From Kuwait, sent on 24 August 2008 Hi I was there in planeta hotel from 16 untill 22 of August , planeta hotel one of the worest hotel in the world from services the people so nasty and bad they are not speaking English so rude without any respect not educated the rooms so dirty and hot the AC not cold the loby so dirty and stinky but the resort sunny beach fine and beatifull and the weather so good at night only so hot during the daytime the food so bad we use to eat only pizza Mecdonald and shopska salad the people so aggresive dont spend your mony in this dirty hotel with the stupid owner and his ugly color pently car |

From a visitor From israel, sent on 18 August 2008 well, me and family visited at planeta hotel for 8 days, the rooms were okay at the first days but then the cleaners decided to get lazy..the food at dinner was disggusting, i think that when the hotel knows that more then an half of his visitors are jews and arabs and they dont eat pork the management have to make sure that they will have something to eat! other then that, my family and i 6 people got into the elevetor and we got stuck there for 40 min, the emergency button didnt work at all!! we had to yell for people to save us because we were running out of air and we had a 3 year old child with us! when we went to the reception to tell them what happend and that they should fix the emegency button for next time they talked to us rudely and unkindly which was really unprofessionaly! we got really disappointed from this point futher and we dont recommend anyone to visit there. |
