From margaret wardley From manchester england, sent on 30 April 2003 in 2001 i stayed at the hotel maritza never again!!! the bed room was painted dark blue and the cord carpet was all coming up and it was sparsley furnished and had no air con which was murder in july!!we had a brill view of the sea we were on the 7th floor the food was crap we saw it once and that was enough to putyou off going to the restraunt again!!though the staff were brilliant! built on the hotel is a bar that stayed open to the very small hours and we never got any sleep as the music went on for ever we met a load of brill friends there and had a great time the pool was brilliant one of the best around in sunnybeach so much that the pool guy had all his german mates come to our pool and they got drunk and started to sing german songs and wind the brits up, he needed dropping! the hotel was full of germans russians and bulgarians and what a noisy bunch they are after a night out! it is so cheap toeat out in sunnybeach go to sizzlers that do great kebabs and the chinese near the saturn its dirt cheap iv stayed in some dives in my time on holiday but this beat them all sorry to stay, but i havent been put off sunnybeach im going back in 7 weeks to the continental wer going with a british travel company not balkan holidays thank god coz ther was never a rep when you needed onethough i must say gary the rep was good!!! |
