From Jorma From Finland, sent on 14 September 2006 I stayed in the Palace hotel on the 4th September for one week. The hotel was satisfactory. I Lived 12th floor almost alone. Nothing Noisy I heard. Safety boxes and Stayin Swimminpool were expensive! Morning Breakfast was Excellent. Finnish taste. |

From Claire From Northern Ireland, sent on 13 August 2006 We stayed in the Palace hotel on the 4th July for two weeks. The hotel was satisfactory. The room was an adequate size and was very clean, clean towels and bed linen regulary-a handy tip for an excellent cleaning service is to tip the maid (30p a day isn't bad at all!!!). The only complaint was the food but it you want to order and pay in the restaurant part it's lovely. But apart from that, we were very pleased with our stay, would return. |

From Lauren From Ireland, sent on 09 August 2006 Please avoid this awful hotel. We upgraded after 3 sleepless nights. The walls and floors are paper thin and the guests are young and rowdy all night long. Do not expect reception staff to care if you complain - the are rude and unhelpful. After flushing the toilet, it howls for the next 20 mins. Rooms are tiny and the bathroom is a small box. The shower is just a head sticking out of the wall and floods the whole floor making it dangerously slippy. You are charged to sit around the pool - 5 lev per person per day! You can easily walk from one balcony to another which means you have no privacy and could potentially be very dangerous. Sunny Beach is a tacky, dirty and dangerous resort. If you must go, book at least 4star. |

From liz From belfast, sent on 08 August 2006 Just back from Palace Hotel after staying two weeks, the only complaint I would have was the attitude of the majority of the staff in the hotel most of them had a could not care less attitude - lessons in smiling seriously needed. |
