came back from fiesta beach on tues 27th july - had a great time hotel is brand new and may have some teething problems but rooms were clean and tidied everyday. food offered a wide range and was always hot. although there was building work next door the hotel did its best to put guests on opposite side. pool cold but big enough. beach and sea absolutley brill - if you go you must go in the sea it is very warm. Bulgarians are very friendly and drinks and eating out are very cheap. would recommend changing money at 'crown' money exchange booth - these offer good rates and you wont get done. we will be visitng bulgaria again particually sunny beach - great holiday

This hotel has only been opened in the last couple of weeks and during my stay i have found it to be of poor quality..rooms are not ready with dampness in the rooms from the smell of setting concrete doors hanging off carpets of which i would not put in a hallway in my house. Large cracks appearing on the stairway and dust everywhere. The prices being put up daily in the bar area and reception staff totally ignorant to resolve any complaint that you may have ...food is ok but not a lot of choice...and cerntainly not a standard of 4 as advertised. If you are unlucky and get a land view beware that you are facing on to a building site but the company you travel with will inform you that a couple of days before you go....FIRST CHOICE. Facilites are non exixstent as advertised in the brochure...and please be aware of tipping as the staff now expect this and will forget to give you your change or say they dont have change...please insist, i understand that it is nice to leave a tip but i feel that the principle of giving change before assuming is important.SADLY my rating for this hotel is well below a 3 and speaking to the rep from first choice He agreed..My advice is use the contract with your holiday company and insist that you be moved to another hotel as they are not giving you the full facts and they are oblidged under the contract to meet a certain standard...YOU HAVE THE RIGHT.If anyone wants a copy of the photo taken from my room in the hotel showing the building site (within)10 metres of the hotel...please email and if you require any other info...get in touch, i believe that it is time for the consumer to fight back
