From laura From Scotland, sent on 09 September 2009 i was at the palace hotel from 14th aug -28th aug i dont recoment this hotel to anyone the staff were very rude the rooms were never cleaned , we were aloud in our rooms on the last day till 12 but cleaner came in room at 9 and expected us to get out! staff tryed to charge us 20 lev for a dirty towel!! i will go back to sunny beach but not this hotel for sure! |

From sharmaine woolridge From england, sent on 03 August 2009 although this hotel boasts about having all the mod-cons it is in my opinion merely average and not a patch on hotels in the local area. from the moment me and my friend arrived at the hotel we had nothing but problems, rude cleaning staff, accusations of theft and then our own belongings stolen from our hotel room. If I can stop even one person booking this hotel I will be happy. i definately do not recommend. |

From mr brooks From england, sent on 02 August 2009 this was our first time in bulgaria, and we were very disappointed with the hotel, on our first day at dinner, we had to put up with rudeness from the restaurant manager, in front of all the diners, the food was repetitive,bedding was only changed once in 2 weeks, towels were changed twice, which i found pretty disgusting, especially in a hot country, i;m afraid i will not be recommending this hotel to anyone, people who had been there the previous year couldn't get away fast enough, sorry to say this but of all the countries and hotels we have been to and stayed in, this hotel was the worst, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. |

From Angela Craig From N Ireland, sent on 17 June 2009 I must say having just came back from staying at the Palace Hotel I can only say how spotlessly clean it was, our room was cleaned every day the food at the hotel was excellent and the staff were more than friendly. An the whole week i was there not once did i have to pay to lie on the sun lounger at the pool infact the ppl from hotel close by used ours as they were being charged at their hotel for the loungers. If i was to go back to sunny beach i would definately stay at the Palace. Ok the floor in bathroom gets wet when you have a shower but all you have to do is put a towel down abd it soon mops up the water. |

From Anna Papadaki From Scotland, sent on 11 June 2009 Me and some friends have booked 2 weeks in palace hotel in august this year, on our booking it says for rooms: '1x pool view, 1x middle floor'. What would that mean? Really hope the 2 rooms are next to one another and both hopefully facing the pool or sea. Thanks |
