From J. Trommelen From Netherlands, sent on 04 July 2010 With two couples we had in June 2010 in Planeta. The hotel and surroundings is good. The dinner is generally cold and often caused by the Russians. The staff is unfriendly. Advice for older people does not go there. |

ALL THE EFFORT THAT I DO TO CHANGE THE ROOM DID NOT SUCCESS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT FLEXIBLE MY VACATION WAS LIKE HELL. DO NOT GIVE ROOM NO.715 TO ANY ONE. I FELL VERY BED SINCE THE 28.7.09 AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM YOUR HOTEL. |

Bulgaria is a beautiful country but this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. 5* I think not its barely a 3* From its rude staff to its dirty rooms and disgusting food. Be warned if you are staying 'all inclusive' you will be charged at the lobby bar, the sky bar and the fish resturaunt and if you want a drink with your dinner you will also be charged...the worst hotel in the whole of Bugaria x |
