From Alexander From Russia, sent on 08 July 2011 This hotel is gradually turning into a rathole. I have been staying there every year since 1999. The food hasn't changed a bit - same menu. The service has become much worse since a new manager came. The housekeeping department personnel do not want to work: they used to finish cleaning rooms shortly after breakfast was over. Now it's usual if they knock on your door at 5 pm and say: Izvinyamo, cleaning! They changed bed linen every day a few years ago. Now - once every 3 or 4 days! There's something wrong with toilets in all the hotel - it's stinking with shit!!! No compensation for that. The waiters go around in dirty clothes. No entertainment is provided for children any more. No bellboys any more! Enough is enough! No more Palace! IT'S NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL ANY MORE!!! THEY SAVE ON EVERYTHING AT GUESTS' EXPENSE! |
