The reason being that as one owner of the apartments next to the hotel, I can tell you that the swimming pool used to belong to the apartments and we were sold them with swimming pool included in the price. Our management company then sold our pool to the hotel without telling us, and with no compensation and they fenced it off and banned us from using it.If you boycott this hotel it might help our cause. This type of robbery is rife in Bulgaria. |

From mandy smith From england, sent on 17 June 2009 my holiday at this hotel was terrible the only good thing about the hotel was the lovely room but then ya dont go to stay in your room do you... the food was rubbish, not much of it if you liked something and everyone else did once that tin full was gone u went with out , was told i couldnt have lager or beer until my 4th day there...we could only have vodka, gin or whisky which i dont like any ...everytime u ask something nobody knows ... very poor management, the cleaners was very good, we ate out most of time coz we didnt like the food...its all inclusive i asked to use the internert a few times and was told its not working so why advertise that you can use it...some of staff very rude... we also found out that we had gone and there season didnt start till 4 days after we arrived... waste of money ... |
