From MR+MRS UNSWORTH From U.K, sent on 13 June 2010 I can say with out a shadow of a dout that all the people who moan about the palace hotel must have stayed at another,as all staff including the maids were more that helpfull.the food at meal times was normal every day food plus some bulgria food thrown in for a different taste.the room was cleaned every other day with bed sheets and towels.The hotel is just a 2min walk to the beach.we was on the eleveneth floor at the front and what a view! the karoke bar where me and my wife went to at the end of the night wasa lot of fun,some can sing and some cant,me included but its just fun,thanks peter the karoke man for putting up with my singing (im eddie)if you or one of the staff read this,hope to see you next year all in all will be back next to have another great time |

The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none, the staff was so very friendly, we took the bed breakfast end evening meal option and again it was second to none,food to suit all tastes and plenty of it, we are certainly looking forward to a futher stay there. good luck George and all the staff have a very good season. From Elaine From ireland, sent on 07 June 2010 I am going to the palace hotel in 3 wks, this will be our third time back there. Every year we have a fab time and the kids love it! The rooms are small enough but all we did was leave our luggage there and sleep there as we were out all day the room got cleaned every day unless we asked for it not to and always had clean towels. The cleanin staff were always very nice to us and the bar and reception staff were always very friendly to us and the kids. The first year we went there was a big gang of us and loads of kids and the staff done everythin they could for us we had a great two weeks over there so i would recommend it to any1 going there with young kids! |

From maria murphy From ireland, sent on 02 October 2009 The rooms are tiny and not suitable for children. Nt a three star by a long shot!. No kettle in room, showers r lethal , a nozzle above the toilet. Bed linen not changed for the whole week we were there. Towels only changed once every 3 days. The extra "bed" is apull out armchair, a joke! Having sd that, air conditioned, bed comfortable, view amazing and location couldn't be beat. Suitable for lads r a couple on a budget. Satellite tv. Bar is smoking so again not suitable for kids but great for smokers. Restaurant ok. |
