      I have stayed in Glarus before. And I knew exactly what to expect. I got a nice room in main building with sea view as I have requested. My special thanks to hotel manager Silvia for lovely room. Most of the personal in hotel very nice and really make an effort to satisfy all your needs. My special thanks to bartenders Elizabeth and George I never bought a drink from a bar simply because I don't drink and still they was very nice and friendly. Restaurant team leaded by Anita deserve big THANK YOU!!! or how they say it in Bulgaria Много Благодаря !!!! Room maintenance was impeccable!!!!!! Reception stuff is very different some of them are very helpful, some indifferent, some-horrible. I want to say thank you for help to George hwo was very professional and helpful. His coworker Lora was on the other hand very unprofessional, rude and grumpy, always with a smirk on the face and I don't care attitude. She ask me to go away after my attempt to inform her about Internet connection brackedown. She didn't even tried to listen. Her exact words: "Don't you see I am busy. I can't help you". My good friend Monika from Germany fall on the bathrooms floor and she made remark to Lora after that incident about how hard it is to reacjh punic button. Loras answer was :" I don't care This is not my problem". My advice simply avoid that bad person.

      Bonjour, guten Morgen, hello, It is with pleasure,i discover your internet site i have a funny request i collect the "Do not disturb", "doorknob" , "Privacy please", one of those piece that clients who want to sleep hang on their door. I do not have from your hotel and i would like to obtain one. If it is possible ,could you send me one and also the description of your beautiful hotel.       room freezing food cold tasteless staff miserable never smiled will never go to bulgeria again we made a lot of friends but not with bulgerians they just want your money 15/9/03-29/9/03

      We stayed at The Glarus hotel sunny Beach. Clean furnished sparsly to 3 star. Reception Staff not at all helpful, Porters,Bar Staff and Cleaners more capable of running the hotel Manager and Manageress neither were friendly or spoke English. If youre German this hotel will suit you . Food is absolute pig swill.No menu or variety dont know what youre eating or whats in it for special diets and children, No entertainment or even Music, unless youre German . Totally unsuitable for elderly or infirm no facilities for children. My opinion this is a 1 Star hotel with little or no facilities. Plenty of good hotels in Bulgaria sadly this is not one. Need to be more attentive to British tourists. our money is good too.

      The hotel was clean and the room was spotless. Towels changed everyday and sheets changed twice weekly. Food in the hotel was not very good. I dont think they know what the word hot is. Not enough staff working in the restaurant. You also have to watch that the food is cooked correctly as one evening meal I had taken a chicken thigh and when I took the skin off and lifted up the chicken I noticed it was all red underneath. I took it to the person in charge and showed her. I explained that it was not cooked but she shrugged her shoulders as if she didnt understand me, needles to say I didnt have chicken anymore. On the next to last morning included in the scrambled egg was some potato, I suspect this was leftover from the night before. The last couple of nights the chips seem to have been reheated from the night before. Not enought tea and coffe machines. Pool looked nice but water cold. Not enough sun beds and the Germans got most of them. There was no courtesy room available on day of departure and if you did want to keep your room it would have cost an extra 60 levs equivalent of about 24. No toilet round the pool and only one toilet in reception.
