The kitchen features a refrigerator, fridge for drinks, dishwasher, 4 el. hobs, oven, extractor, coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, microwave, el. kettle.

On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with a direct access to the swimming pool. The bedrooms feature wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table, air-conditioner. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with access from the corridor.

On the top floor is located the master bedroom with 3 glassy walls that reveal a panoramic sea view. It is furnished with a double bed, plasma TV set, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe. From the master bedroom there is a direct access to the Jacuzzi balcony with splendid sea view.

An outside staircase leads down from the living room on the first floor directly to the pool area and the BBQ area. The villa is suitable for accommodation of up to 10 persons.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. Internet, Satellite TV, iron/ ironing board, 10 sun lounges are available.
