Location: LTI - Berlin Golden Beach Hotel is situated in the north part of Golden Sands resort directly on the white sands of Black Sea Coast and near the yacht port. Area attractions and venues that guests would like to experience are all around.

Rooms: Each spacious, comfortable room is beautifully decorated and offers a full range of modern amenities like air-condition, direct dial telephone, mini bar , SAT-TV, hair dryer, black-out curtains, shower or bath, balcony. Rooms with sea- and park view.
Studios: Equipped and furnished like the standard rooms but much more spacious, with lounge area and possibilities for accommodation of a third/ fourth person.
Apartments: With area more than 50 m2 and equipped and furnished like the standard rooms but with an extra living/sleeping room for a third/fourth person. All apartments are with a sea view.
Bars & Restaurants: Main restaurant, a-la-carte specialties, Lobby bar, Cocktail bar, Pool bar
Meeting Facilities:
- Hall Sofia - 15 seats - Hall Berlin - up to 100 seats depending on the layout. Equipped with a flip chart. - Possibilities for hiring of a multimedia, overhead projector, microphones and for interpreting services. - Business services - fax, internet, copying, printing, secretarial services

The all inclusive programme includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner on block table, mineral water, soft drinks and beer.
* Please note, that resort fee is 8 Euro per adult, per stay and 4 EUR per child per stay.
Reduction:
- Children up to 2 years of age - free;
- Child on regular bed gets 50 % discount of adult's price;
- Child on extra bed in apartment gets 50 % discount, when with 2 adults;
- Child on extra bed in double room stays free, when with 2 adults
- Second child in apartments gets 50 % discount;
- Adult on extra bed gets 20 % discount;
Cancellation:
* Cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 14 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 3 overnights accommodation.
