Sozopol Municipality starts policy of stimulating golf tourism developing and attracting more solvent tourists to the region. One of the most significant steps in this direction is the construction of three golf courses in the area between the municipality villages Ravna Gora and Izvor. Sozopol Municipality gives a chance of private partnership in the golf projects to serious investors, by providing investors terrains of 500 or 1000 decares. The municipality strategy also previews building of big attraction park on the road Sozopol - Bourgas and the bay of camping ‘Gradina'. The three golf courses will be served by an airport with 1,800-meters landing strip, long enough for small airplanes. The Sozopol airport is part of the municipality strategy and expects big investors' interest. In a year and a half the new waste water plant of Sozopol city will become a fact. The WWP will serve few towns and resorts in the region - Sozopol, Ravadinovo, Chernomorec, Atia, Diuni and Alepu. The upcoming golf complexes are planned to have their own local plants.

Very very good news that the area is to have continued investment. The idea of golf in the regoin will be great for the local economy and people. This will extend the toursism period by attracting golfers from all over to visit such a beatiful place in sozopol. Hope this is followed up and the investment is invested in. Look forward to see more updates and development of the area.
