Sozopol Awarded with Golden Seal for Unique European Settlement

Sozopol is awarded with Golden Seal for being ‘Unique European Settlement'. The award is given by European experts' forum and Official Agency for unique settlements in Europe. The ‘Golden Seal' will be handed to Sozopol's Major Panajot Rejzi on an official ceremony on December 19 in Sofia City Art Gallery. From now on all official documents of correspondence with European cities and countries and inside Bulgaria will be stamped with the unique golden seal. Sozopol gains this award for its historical and cultural inheritance and development and unique activities. As a winner of this award, the Seaside town will have the opportunity to attend common programs of unique European settlements. Sozopol will be also presented before International institutions and donors in cultural centers and in Bulgarian trade representatives in all European capitals. With this award to the moment have been prized 15 European cities, among which Florence and Strasbourg.
