Bourgas opens a "Star Observatory"
Bourgas opens a "Star Observatory" tomorrow /13.08/ at 21.00 on the terrace of the Cultural Center "Sea Casino". Guests will be able to send a message into the Space through flying lantern during the opening day. The motto is "Let's make the unknown - known". The "Star Observatory" initiative is organized by Bourgas Municipality and Astronomical Association "Star Light" and includes monitoring of lunar cycles and Perseids /shooting stars/ with hi-tech telescopes and will be free for everyone. The star observatory will be open from 13 to 21 August from 21.00 until 24.00 for all residents and guests of Bourgas.
