They are equipped with all the necessary technical facilities: direct and special lighting, stage, rostrum, film projection facilities, radio and TV broadcasting, audio and visual facilities, acoustic facilities, overhead projector, video wall, video screen, slide projector, xerox, telephone, fax, poster boards, simultaneous and consecutive translation facilities, central heating.
Health & Beauty: The spa centre of the hotel offers modern equipment, up-to-date technologies and professional and individual service. A variety of programs for treating disorders of the locomotory and nervous systems, cardiovascular and pulmonary disturbances.

The all inclusive prices include:
- breakfast, lunch and dinner on block table;
- tea, coffee, sweets, light snacks, ice-cream, fruits from 11.00 am - 4.30 pm;
- Bulgarian alcoholic and soft drinks;
- use of outdoor swimming pool, sun-bed and parasols by the pool;
- table tennis, chess, darts, beach volleyball, children's playground;
- animation for kids and adults;
Community fee is 10 EUR per person, per stay.
Reductions:
- Children up to 2 years stay free of charge;
- Children 12-14 years on extra bed with two adults in double room or app. pay 50 % of regular bed price for adult;
- Child on regular bed in double room gets 50 % discount of bed price;
- Child on extra bed in double room stays free;
- Second child on extra bed in apartment gets 50 % discount of bed price;
- Adult on extra bed gets 20 % discount of bed price;
Cancellation:
* Cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 10 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 3 overnights accommodation.
