We fly to Sunny Beach next week staying in Grand Hotel. In the small print in the brochure it says that if a bath is not mentioned the bathroom will be liek a "wetroom". Does anyone know about bathrooms in Grand Hotel?
also I have been told that the sinks do not have plugs. Any comments do we need to bring a plug for the sink?
Thanks in advance for any answers.

Andy

Hi Andy a wet room is quite common in Bulgaria and it is a shower with no cubicle in the shower room, in fact i think better than a small cubicle. I have never yet had a bath/shower room with a plug so take your own. Have a good holiday. Carolv

We have some wet rooms in our apartments, they are fine

Unless of course you prefer a bath, but there is always a long soak in a pool on offer

Hi Andy, the sinks usually have a metal plug, you press the plunger on top of the sink to activate. Have a great holiday. On the beach

Hi Andy.

yes things have progressed in Bulgaria in years gone back there were no plugs in the sinks this was because the Bulgarians believed that if there was a plug you were washing in water which had become dirty The easiest way to describe a wet room in Bulgaria is a bathroom which is completly a shower with a Basin and toilet.

We liked it, was a bit dated but very clean and food ok when it was 1/2 board. Handy for everything as well.
