(---.14-1.cable.virginmedia.com) posts : 2 Date : 09-06-10 21:49 Hi everyone, Was hoping for a bit of advice, im finally off to SB on sunday, really looking forward to it as been twice before, we are going to the hotel sredets which was recomended by the advisor, it does seem ok but really cannot find many reviews about it online. was hoping someone might know anything about it and could pass on any information. The cleaners and restaurant staff were very pleasant. We ate at the hotel most nights and the food was tasty and substantial. We didn't find anywhere better in the resort. The main downfall was lack of air-conditioning. We were unable to change rooms or rent a fan. This made the nights very uncomfortable - be warned! The pool was lovely. However, the barstaff played their music at full volume all day and this became extremely irritating. They did turn it down when asked but only for half an hour. The system wasn't great so it sounded awful at high volume. It even got on the nerves of our teenage children! The barmen also spent most of their time chatting up any young girls that arrived. Very unprofessional! The reception staff were surly and unhelpful - customer service is not well developed in this hotel Hope this gives you some help pulled this of another site Robbie |
