Selena Beach Family Hotel    

Have stayed at Selena Beach Hotel before. This time, we found the staff were not so good, although the Manageress & her husband did apologise when we were not treated very well by their staff. The receptionist and waiting on staff were not so good and rather unhelpful, but the cleaning staff were very nice. Also, our room was very small, being at the top of the hotel, we had a better room when we stayed previously. We will definitely return to holiday in Sozopol, but may look at other hotels in the future. I would add that, although we were a little disappointed with the room and the staff, for what we paid, it was still good value for money.

Enjoyed our holiday very much. Hotel was nice and clean and staff helpful. The only slight shortfall is the location of the hotel in relation to the old town of Sozopol and the harbour. We did not mind the walk at all, but someone less able may find this a problem. Otherwise, will done.
