Laguna Beach Resort    

There were a ot of little children staying at the hotel and there were only two baby chairs available in the restaurant.
The hotel is a four star hotel, but the restaurant is only a three star quality. If you stay for two weeks as we did, there is not much variety in the restaurant and you get bored with the food.

- when we arrived we got a one bedroom apartment in the apartment block, after claiming that we booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment we got an apartment in one of the villas
- the villa apartment was NOT equipped with a hairdryer, a telephone, bathtub, safe deposit box (as mentioned in beachbulgaria description)
- after asking for a hairdryer, we got one after 3 days
- the shower leaked out and so the bathroom floor was quite wet all the time - after mentioning this to the reception, nothing happened
- once we asked for a wake up call - we got the answer, that this would not be possible because we didn´t have a telephone (what about knocking on the door or ringing the bell or installing a telephone???)
- breakfast buffet didn´t meet 4 **** quality (coffee and juice automat, never enough cups, glasses, eating irons..., warm food was seldom really warm, most of staff didn´t speak English)
- poor room cleaning (e.g. after the apartment got cleaned we still got dirty feet and the shower was still full with sand)

overall I would say, that in international comparison, the resort deserves max 3 ***
