Only one suggestion - to have separate spaces for smokers and no smokers, rest was excellent!!!

I was in Balcic three years ago, I Know the resort. But this hotel and the services are excellent. First, I found it on web and I wanted to make a reservation. I had a problem with my card and I could not pay with it. Finaly, somebody(Diana knows!) helped me and everything was ok. I have now a card for VIP!

We were delighted. Our stay was a dream one in Regina Maria Hotel. We had a beautiful apartment and every day was as enjoyable as possible. The meals at the hotel restaurant were delicious too. We will come back for sure.
