Best Price Guarantee - BeachBulgaria.com promise you the lowest rates available. If you make an online booking on BeachBulgaria.com and later find a lower price for your holiday combination on another website, we will refund the price difference to you.

Submitting a Claim – Contact BeachBulgaria.com WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING, so you can be eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.

The claim have to be made by the person responsible for the booking.

Comparison Must Be to Same Itinerary under the Same Conditions -  If you find a lower room price that also has a lower total room cost (including taxes and fees) for a one-night stay, or a lower average nightly room price that also has a lower average total room cost (including all taxes and fees) for a multi-night stay, within 24 hours after booking on BeachBulgaria.com website for the same stay.

The Best Price Guarantee is available for exact itinerary matches, including the same flight, flight times, flight number, hotel, rate plan, room type, meal plan, applicable cancellation and refund policy, dates of stay in the hotel booked with BeachBulgaria.com.

The Best Price Guarantee applies to the full cost of booked services, including all fees and taxes. It is not available for bookings on websites where the hotel name or other booking details are unknown until after purchase. To claim under the Best Price Guarantee you must meet all requirements, such as regional, residency, age-related, etc. imposed on the lower rate.

Please note that we'll only Price Match an overall total price of a holiday and we will not Price Match its individual elements. For example, if your holiday booking includes a hotel and a flight, we will not reduce the price if later you find a lower rate for just the hotel or just the flight separately. Both elements of the booked holiday have to be available on a single website, bookable as one unit, at a lower overall price.

The holiday you are asking to Price Match must be in EURO.

We can not match prices for flight only bookings.

Only one price match per client will be considered.

Comparison Must Be Available to the General Public - The Best Price Guarantee applies to rates both advertised and available to the general public or on a website directed at customers in Bulgaria.

Our Best Price Guarantee doesn't include rates offered on membership program websites; corporate discounts; charter, group, rewards programs, meeting, incentive or convention rates; rates obtained via auction or similar process; or discount prices not offered to the general public.

The rate must be bookable and quoted in the same currency as your holiday booking through BeachBulgaria.com.

Claim Verification - The requests for the Best Price Guarantee will be verified by BeachBulgaria.com. We will not verify any requests that we believe are result of a fraud, printing or other error. The verified requests will receive a credit to the card used for the booking. It may take up to 30 days or the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

The price match does not apply to deposit bookings, i.e. refunds will be made on full paid holidays.

Changes - We can discontinue or modify the Best Price Guarantee, we can restrict it to any person, at any time and for any reason, and without notice. The terms on the BeachBulgaria.com website at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee.

Why you must claim within 24 hours - BeachBulgaria.com offers the best rates at the time of your booking. Prices may change, go up or down, but when you book you are then guaranteed your holiday bookings. Some suppliers (e.g. hotels and airlines) may increase or reduce their rates during sale periods or closer to departure date, but Beachbulgaria.com will have already paid the original price on your behalf. Therefore BeachBulgaria.com can only guarantee a holiday booking price for 24 hours because the prices may be changed by the following day.

If we are unable to view a Price Match request from you at any reason on the day of purchase we will not be obliged to match the price for your booking even if you later send as the required information.

We'll review the details of your Price Match request and reply to you via email within 7 working days. Refunds will be re-credited to the original card used to make your online purchase within 30 days.
