Construction in Varna Mall 2007, Bulgaria
Construction of Mall-Varna in the coastal city of Varna will start in September 2007, former Mall of Sofia CEO Eli Egozi said. The mall should be completed by September 2009, Bulgarian news agency BTA reported. Mall-Varna will spread on 40 000 sq m and will include office buildings and a hotel, increasing the mall’s total area to 60 000 sq m. Investment in the project is expected to reach 100 million euro. InvestBulgaria Agency awarded Orchid Developments Group, represented by Egozi, a first class investor certificate for the investment in the project Bulgaria Mall. The mall will be constructed in Sofia on 25 000 sq m area. The certificare received for the mall construction will be the second one for the group, BTA said. Another certificate was awarded for the construction of Mall of Sofia.
