2025 Tourists from over 35 countries came ashore from the board of the super-luxurious Holland cruise liner. Rotterdam cruise liner, which was elected as the best of its kind for the year of 2005, berthed at the sea port of Varna yesterday. Over 2000 tourist from 35 countries landed in the city of Varna. The crew of the Holland vessel is 1500 people. The largest tourist group is from the United States of America – 581 people. A total of 222 Canadians, 96 Dutch, 52 Australians and 32 Mexicans are at board. There are tourists from 30 other nationalities as well. The amount of all passengers is about 2000. They are all very wealthy people, who can afford the amusing voyage in Black Sea and the Mediterranean. The size of Rotterdam Liner is huge - the two decks are even bigger than the building of Varna sea port. The ship is 238 metres long and it wades as 8 metres deep in the sea waters. The cruise liner offers 2 VIP decks, being reached through sensor elevators. On the top floor the upper open-air deck has Jacuzzis and tangentors at VIP guests’ disposal. Basketball, soccer playgrounds and tennis courts, a concert hall with 1000 seating capacity and a rich library with more than 10 000 literature books are just part of the entertainment facilities in the liner. The sailing palace is owned by “Holland American Line” tourist Company. One year ago the same Rotterdam arrived in Varna with only 1100 tourist, compared to this year’s 2025.
