Personally I am very glad that in Varna by the end of 2007 there will be a Mall. As international broker, I would like to have information about the possibility to reserve a location of 80 to 130 square mt. for an italian coffee shop. Looking forward to hearing from you, I send my best wishes and greetings. Dr. Gioele Baldari
