Location: The complex is located in the Southern beach of Tsarevo resort, at the Nestinarka beach on a total area of 6500 sq. m. The resort complex is situated just 60 km from Burgas Airport.

Accommodation: The complex comprises of three buildings, Blocks 1, 2 and 3, with a total of 150 luxury-furnished apartments, each with an area of 50 to 100 sq. m. Most of the apartments have sea view. Some of the apartments are studio-type with no bedroom, some of them have one bedroom and some have two bedrooms. In the complex there are 2 VIP apartments.
The apartments consist of living room, kitchen bedroom, entry hall, balcony and bathroom. In the living room there are a sofa, an armchair, a site table, a TV and a telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen raft, dining table, 4 chairs, two hotplates, a fridge and aspirator. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, two night-stands, a desk and a mirror. All apartments have a bathtub in the bath.

The All Inclusive program includes:
1) Dining: breakfast, lunch and dinner on a block table, coffee break, a theme night once a week;
2) Late breakfast from 10:00h to 11:00h in the lobby bar and in the pool bar; Pizza, croissants, sandwiches, coffee, tea, fruits, from 16:00 to 17:30h; Bulgarian alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, beer, wine, mineral water, coffee, tea from 10.00 to 24.00;
3) Animation and sport: children animation 6 days a week, children’s pool and playground; beach volleyball, gymnastics, water gymnastics, aerobics, animation program several times a week.
Reductions:
- children upto 2 years old stay free of charge;
- children 2-11 years on regular/extra bed - 50% discount;
- adult on additional bed - 20% discount.
Cancelation
* Cancellations and changes in reservations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 7 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of accommodation.
