Holiday villa are a detached houses on three floors. It is located in one part of the complex, right next to the rectangular swimming pool. The villas offers a very nice view over the sea bay and offers everything needed for a relaxing summer holiday.

On the first floor there is a very large living room with a fitted kitchenette and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with two toilets & baths, two large balconies and a small outdoor staircase leading to the third floor, where is the fourth bedroom with a toilet.

Each bedroom can accommodate 2 persons, the two unfoldable sofas in the living room can take 2 persons each.

All bedrooms and the living-room are with air-conditioning.
The living room is with a large TV and DVD.
