About hotel Planeta:
The building is really up to the 5 star specifications, but the services are far worse. Cleanliness could be better, the breakfast is badly organized, the coffe and the beverages are horrible, in rush hours the restaurant becomes overcrowded and the personnel cannot keep the pace.
Overall we have had a good stay, but small improvements in the services could have improved our vacation a lot.
