Was just looking at a sat view of Sunny Beach and trying to get my bearings and trying to locate the open air Theatre. This used to be, in the northern end of the resort, behind some tennis courts near what was the Meteor Hotel. the question is....Is the theatre still there? Cheers /Geo |

(---.range86-134.btcentralplus.com) posts : 362 Date : 08-26-10 21:00 hi dobre the only openair theatre i can remember in sb was near what is now the barcello complex used to be saturn the tennis courts are still there but theatre went a few years ago it only ever seemed to have concerts in august the orleander hotel and restaurant are at the side of the tennis courts hope this is the theatre you were thinking about love mama carol  |

(---.bb.sky.com) posts : 584 Date : 08-27-10 16:31 Hi Dobre. as mama carol says what used to be the old open air theatre is now the Barcello beach hotel I assume you mean where Sam Fox and others performed about 10-15 years ago it was just past what was the Saturn hotel on the same side past what used to be the ice cream parlour. |
