Shabla organizes international kite festival
Shabla organizes international kite festival on the Black sea coast in Bulgaria.
A kite's fest will be organized near Shabla for a third year in a row. This year the event attracted international guests. Original kite models will be demonstrated by guests from Bulgaria, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Lithuania and India.
The program includes a kite competition, nomination for the most attractive model, demonstration of aircraft models, paragliders and kites, as well as a workshop for kites right on spot.
Children dance and theatre groups will perform attractive show program. A culinary show with Uti Bachvarov is also included in the program. The beacon Shabla will participate in s visual project “Beacon Shabla – Graffiti 2013”. The event will also present birdwatching tours as well as a photo exhibition.
The festival is organized by the Bulgarian association of bird protection and the Shabla municipality within the framework of the project “Preservation of the Red-breasted Goose during the winter in Bulgaria”.
