Pomorie Celebrates “Sea of Wines” Festival
The event celebrations will continue till autumn. For fifth time in a row Pomorie will host the “Sea of Wines” Festival, organized by Pomorie municipality and “Festa Wine Company”. The festival will continue till September, 10 and will include performances of Bulgarian rock performers, young singers from Pomorie resort, folklore ensembles, and “Bulgare” folklore group. The program features wine producers’ market, wine tasting and poetry competition. The historical museums in Kazanlak and Pomorie will present a joint exhibition, under the title of “Wine and Wine- producing- from ancient times till now”. On September, 10 the winners from “Sea of Wines” Poetry Competition will be rewarded. The best producers of wine will also be rewarded and the grape harvest will be officially opened as well.
