20% more Russian tourists are expected to visit Bulgaria

Bulgaria expects a 10 to 20% increase in the number of Russian tourists visits during summer season 2013. The summer tourist packages for Bulgaria are selling well in Russia. Experts with Russian tour operators say almost all offers for May holidays have been sold out and there are bookings until September,Tourprom reported, cited by Focus News Agency. Russian tourist companies say more and more Russians prefer to book hotel rooms in Bulgaria on their own, without contacting tour operators. Early bookings are increasing, because prices are around 30-40% lower.
