The
Kavarna City Center - a shopping mall with commercial and office space - was opened Monday in the Bulgarian Black Sea resort town of Kavarna.
The mall was opened by the Kavarna Mayor Tzonko Tzonev, and the owners of the construction company Planex that built the City Center, Plamen Hristov and Hristo Dimitrov.
The complex has a total all-out of 12 700 square meters, and three parking lots. A store-chain hypermarket has already been opened in the Kavarna City Center for two weeks.
The new complex is also going to host a number of stores, restaurants, a night club, and business offices. It was erected in less than a year at a spot in downtown Kavarna where an unfinished building had been decaying for more than 30 years.
