Accommodation: The hotel provides 727 sea- and park view rooms inclusive of 31 suites. The hotel provides sea and park view rooms inclusive of 30 suites. The Presidential Suite stretches over 2 levels and boasts a magnificent panorama-view over the sea. Each room highlights a private and spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the sea, swimming pool, the surrounding parks or forested hills. All rooms are decorated in warm tones; mahogany veneered wood furniture and burgundy striped or polka-dotted fabrics, black-out curtains for long rests, ottomans and amber night-lights. Each room offers hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, key card access and 24-hour room service and individually controllable central air conditioning/heating. Bathrooms feature a bath and shower cabin that is spacious enough for two, with a central rain shower or the personal phone-handle shower with flexible hose and wall rail.

Cancelation
• The default of the guest will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of full stay price. • For the Low season (15 March - 17 June 2010; 11 Sep. - 31 Oct 2010) - cancellations can be made, providing details of this at least 3 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnight accommodation. • For the Middle season (18 June- 09 July 2010; 28 August - 10 Sep. 2010) - cancellations can be made, providing details of this at least 4 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 2 overnight accommodation. • For the High season (10 July - 27 August 2010) - cancellations can be made, providing details of this at least 8 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 4 overnights accommodation.
