Although I received interactive confirmation after the payment, this seems was not conveyed directly to the hotel (Elena) because the staff from the reception to the manager constantly asked about voucher. They also do not have information related to the reservation. Therefore, BeachBulgaria.com immediately needs to take corrective action for prospective reservations for their guests. Furthermore, Check In propcess took 40 minutes to be completed even though voucher was sent immediately to the manager for print out. Consequently, after payment please send the voucher to hotels.
