Fors Hotel   

The reception staff were not very friendly. The breakfast waitress was very friendly and helpful, but, the two waitresses at lunch time were most unhelpful and did not seem happy in their work. As I had invited two friends to lunch it was not very pleasant to be treated as if we were being a nuisance.

Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Reception unfriendly and reluctant to help. There was no water, not the fault of the hotel but due to work going on in the town, however, we were not advised about this. We ghad one bucket of water in the room for use in the toilet and no shower or washing facilities. There was no apology or discount for this extreme inconvenience. Other than that the hotel was fine and we will stay there again.

The hotel and services were fine. Food prices in the hotel were very good.

i must say that the cost of rooms so early in season was a little expensive,as there is better value to be found, as for the fors hotel burgas i found the staff very friendly and helpfull, but the breakfast was just awful, a lot of room for improvement, "maybe the next time will be better!!?
