From w cuthell From scotland, sent on 03 October 2008 if using this hotel do not complain,eat in unless you like lukewarm predictable food,do not expect staff to treat you like you are a guest expect to clear and set your own tables be aware that the staff are doing you a favour by letting you stay there do not approach reception staff unless you take a lawyer with you,be prepared to be cheated as it will happen,and remember the higher up the tree you go with a complaint the more disrespectful they become,if this sounds like your kind of holiday then this is the hotel for you |
