I would definitely stay there again. My only problem was that the Bellboy insisted on carrying my luggage to the taxi when I was leaving and then broke the handle which I did not notice until afterwards. I was very annoyed. From Paul Jenkinson From UK, sent on 14 July 2004 My overall opinion was that I was very impressed. I found the style of the hotel to be modern and well designed. It is built to a high standard inside and out and the quality of the finish is very good. I liked my room very much. It was large and well appointed. The view across the beach to the sea was lovely, and despite being on a main road the sound proofing was so good that at night the room was completely silent. Every part of the hotel was scrupulously clean. The staff were all very helpful and efficient. The porters were relaxed but quick to help, and the reception staff were friendly and spoke good english. The hotel had only been open for a few weeks by the time I was there and there were very few guests staying. I hope that when it becomes busier that it will retain the friendly, relaxed atmosphere that I enjoyed. I only have two negative points. The first is that while I was there the Sky Bar was not open. It was disappointing not to be able to have enjoyed that facility during my stay. The second point is that the breakfast room is rather drab and does not have any of the same style of the rest of the hotel. I was particularly impressed with how helpful the reception staff were at the end of my stay. My flight did not leave until very late at night and I needed to get changed that evening. The staff very kindly made a room available for me for this purpose. Another excellent point worth noting is that the staff at reception have contact with a reputable taxi firm. The reputation of Bulgarian taxi drivers is appalling (during my stay I had experienced the best and the worst) and it is easy to get ripped off. But when it came to getting from the hotel to the airport the driver that the hotel called could not have been better. I would definitely stay at the Panorama Hotel again.
