I am staying in a hotel apartment with two bedrooms and one living room. Let me detaliateryry, ve: - AIR-CONDITIONING - only in one bedroom - Internet only on pool and reception. Not in room - Hair and beauty salon - not in hotel - room service - not. You don't have any phone in room - minibar - no - tv only in livingroom (and is a small one too). Not for 4 people, for an apartment with two bedrooms - a very,very, very small bathroom, and a shower that i didn't use, because i didn't shape in - DVD no - if you want one, you must ask to reception - hairdryer no - cd/mp3 player no Also, i asked for an apartment with sea view. Of course i've got only the road view. When i asked at reception said to me take it or leave it, in condition that i paid for the vacation with two months earlier. And another thing. They don't have a parking lot, but they reccomend me to park on a hotel paring across the street, where i payed 10 leva for a day. So, i don't reccommend to anyone this hotel. |

From Kate From Scotland, sent on 15 December 2008 Last year myself and two other friends stayed at the Excelsior Apartments and had a great time. It's literly a two minute walk to the beach and the main strip where it has many resaurants, pubs and clubs. A perfect place for a group of friends and young couples. We took Ј500 spending money for 2 weeks and had a small amount left over! |

From Fionnuala From England, sent on 12 July 2008 Just back from a weeks holiday in the excelsior apprtments and the stay was fine minus a few hitches. We also found dirty towels, had no plates, the air conditioner didnt work and we had no iron. The boiler leaked all day and the shower was often cold. We never had our room cleaned over the whole week. Hairs everywhere and generally bad hygeine. Bar this however you cannot complain with the great location ( 1 min from beach) and freindly staff (Ned and Dot). If I were to visist Bulgaria again, I ould pay the extra fifty quid for a nicer hotel. |

From a.henry From ireland, sent on 08 July 2008 stayed in excelsior for 1 week arrived at 3.30am.when we got to our apartment,we found dirty towels inside the door of the apartment.there was no bed linen,no clean towels and curtains missing from a bedroom.helpful night staff at reception got us towels straight away and curtains fitted 1st thing in the morning.we also found tat there was an iroining board but no iron,no cd/mp3 player,no dvd player,no bathroom kit,no microwave and no hairdryer.altough staff were extremely helpful,when we asked for an iron they cudnt supply one.we did find tat the apartments were very central 2 the beach and restaurants and pubs. |

From KIERAN From ireland, sent on 06 July 2008 I stayed in the excelisior apartments for 2 weeks and did not find one fault, It is centrel to everywhere, clean and top class service from cleaners to recepation, the bar staff and waitress in the pool bar are second to none and all very friendly with great english. the pool is a good size but the pictures do not do it justice. I must also recommend the flower pub just around the corner for top class food and the owner and staff can not do enough to please you and make you feel very welcome. If you want a hassle free holiday i suggest the excelosior kieran cunningham IRELAND |
