From Marisa From malta, sent on 21 October 2006 This hotel is the ideal place to stay in when visiting Varna at anytime of the year. It is just at the centre of everything and no problems at all. Two of the girls at reception could improve on their manners especially when they switch speaking to bulgarian infront of you and you know it and feel it that they are 'complaining' about you. On the whole the rooms are very tidy. We stayed on the 5th floor which was lovely with views all around you. The restaurant is lovely and not expensive at all. Breakfast very good too. I would highly recommend it. Oooops forgot one thing, I think its about time they changed the mattresses, they are very hard but you get used to it :) |

From Evelyn Schmitz From Switzerland, sent on 14 July 2004 All in all we had a great stay there. I already knew the hotel, but I was surprised about the good condition of the new renovated rooms. They are very large and have a wonderful view. The staff was friendly, although the girls at the reception could improve their service and manners. ;-) We travel every year to Varna, because a part of my family lives there and we will be glad to come back to you for further bookings.
