From Anna From USA, sent on 12 July 2009 Very unproffesional attitude!We had a reservtion for this hotel 4 months in advance.We got there the day of check-in and were told by the manager we had been moved.No noticed,no nothing.Claimed they have notified our agency even showed me a fax but not a responce from the agency approveing of the move.Short version-he lied! At the new place he sent us, we had to wait to be checked in because they were contacted just an hour before.Extremely dissapointed.Did not even appologize or compensate us in any way.Since our stay was short they probably took somebody else staying longer in he last minute and made up sme lame excuse.By the away their beach is very small and crouded.It can hardly accomodate 50 people. |
